Our AI policy: optional, explicit, yours to control

Your AI features — assuming you want to use them.

We heavily rely on AI. It has become our partner in almost everything we do — from writing code to designing infrastructure to running operations.

We love working with AI. We genuinely enjoy it. And we want to offer those same benefits to our customers — faster documentation, smarter workflows, less administrative overhead.

But we understand your concerns.

AI in healthcare is sensitive. Your data matters. Your patients' data matters even more. We get it.

So here's how we handle it.

Enterprise-grade. HIPAA-compliant. Top-notch.

Our AI runs on enterprise-grade infrastructure through Azure with full HIPAA compliance. Your data is encrypted, isolated, and never used to train models. This isn't a side project — it's the same level of security and privacy you'd expect from any serious healthcare platform.

You can read more about our security and compliance approach on our Trust & Security page.

Every AI feature is explicitly marked.

You'll always know when you're using AI. There are no hidden AI processes running on your data without your knowledge. Each feature is clearly labeled, so you can see exactly what it does before you decide to use it.

You choose whether to use it or not.

If you don't want to use AI features in your practice, you don't have to. Practice Vault works perfectly fine without them. AI is there to help — not to take over.

And when you do use our support, there's always a clear option to talk to a real human. Always.

If you have any questions about how we use AI, how your data is handled, or anything else — ask us. We'll answer directly. No scripts, no runaround.

That's our policy. Optional. Explicit. Yours to control.

AI that works for you, not on you
